The Construction Of The Single-Family House Will Be Carried Out As A Student Project In Tredus Construction Industry In Pälkäne.- The Drawings And Other Information Of The Building Will Be Submitted As An Attachment To The Request For Tenders (Appendices 1–3).- A Building Permit Has Been Applied For The House By Tredu In 2026.- The Foundation Of The Building Will Be Carried Out By The Customer.- The Delivery Of The Log Frame Of The House Package Must Take Place At The End Of October 2026 (Week 44).- The Delivery Requirements Are Described In More Detail In The Request For Tender In The Section Delivery Time.- The Total Value Of The Purchase Is A Maximum Of 90,000 Euros (Vat 0%) For One House Package. - If Necessary, The Customer Has The Right To Order A Corresponding House As An Option From This Same Procurement Contract. The Customer Does Not Commit To Implementing The Option. The Procurement Is Carried Out In Accordance With The Law On Public Procurement (1397/2016), And Bidders Must Submit Their Bids In Accordance With The Terms And Appendices Of The Request For Bids.
