The Tilapalvelut-Liikelaisto Of The City Of Espoo (Later The Client) Is Asking For Bids For The Repairs Of The Facades Of The Nature House Villa Elfvik. The Procurement Will Be Carried Out As An Open National Procurement. The Execution Form Of The Contract Is A Complete Contract. All Works And Procurements Presented In The Tender Documents Are Included In The Overall Contract. The General Contractor Acts As The Main Contractor In The Project And As The Main Contractor In Accordance With The Land Use And Construction Act. The Customer Will Choose One Supplier Based On The Tender. A More Detailed Description Of The Procurement Is In The Technical And Commercial Documents Of The Request For Tender. Unlike The Technical Documents, The Content Of The Contract Is Limited As Follows: In The Current Contract, Facades Are Repaired And Painted, Exterior Doors And Railings Are Renovated And Painted. The Repair And Renovation Work Of The Interior Parts Will Be Done At A Later Stage. The Scope Is Specified In More Detail In The Document Villa Elfvik, Contents Of The Facade Repair Contract. The Tenderer Must Note That The Nature House Villa Elfvik Is In Use Throughout The Contract. Safe And Unhindered Access To The Interior Of The Building Must Be Secured. Presentation Events: Presentation Events Will Be Organized At The Destination On The Following Days: 29.4, 30.4, 5.5 And 6.5 At 2-3 Pm.
