The Construction Site Includes The Repair Of The Corridors And Staircases Of The Three Residential Buildings (Buildings A-C) On Ristontie 1 With Related Works In Accordance With The Attached Contract Calculation Documents. The Object Is Located In The City Of Jyväskylä, At Ristontie 1, 40500 Jyväskylä. The Buildings Are Inhabited During The Contract Period. The Repair Work Will Be Carried Out As A Single Contract, Which Consists Of The Following Sub-Assemblies: O Renovation Of Skylight Staircases And Landings O Renovation Of Balustrade Structures Related To Skywalks With Covering Repair O Renovation And Maintenance Painting Of Steel And Wooden Structures Related To Skywalks O Renewal Of Downspouts On Skylight Staircases O Renovation Of Living Balcony Railings With Screen Covering Repair (Option Price Not Included In The Contract) The Contractor Is Obliged To Familiarize Himself With The Work Site And The Conditions Prevailing There Before Submitting An Offer.
