Purpose Of The Request For Information: The Central Uusimaa Welfare Region Is Preparing A Tender For Audit Services For The Contract Period 2027–2030, In Addition To Which The Contract May Include An Option Period. To Support The Preparation Of The Procurement, The Welfare Region Is Organizing A Market Dialogue, The Purpose Of Which Is To:• Get Market Views On The Preparation Of The Tender • Evaluate The Appropriate Content And Scope Of The Service • Review Possible Cost-Effective Implementation Methods• Get Comments On The Planned For Bidding Solutions The Request For Information Is Not A Procurement Notice Or A Request For Tender, But A Part Of The Preparation Of The Procurement. The Market Dialogue Does Not Bind The Actors Participating In It Or The Procurement Unit To Participate In The Subsequent Procurement Procedure Or To Carry It Out.2 Preliminary Description Of The Procurement: The Procurement Being Prepared Concerns The Welfare Area:• Statutory Audit• Audit Tasks Related To The Welfare Area Group• Possible Other Expert Services Related To The Inspection The Initial Contract Period Of The Procurement Is: 4 Years + A Possible Option Of 2 Years. The Current Cost Level Of The Procurement Is Approximately 80,000 - 105,000 Euros Per Year. Possible Additional Work, Such As Project Inspections, Affects The Variation Interval, Among Other Things. The Cost Level In Question Is Indicative And Does Not Bind The Procurement Unit In Future Procurement. Work Input Of The Responsible Auditor• Division Of Work In The Audit Teamexperience Requirements• Appropriate Level Of Experience And Competence• Impact Of The Requirements On Competition And Costspricing Model• Possible Pricing Structures• Assessment Of The Amount Of Workthe Method Of Implementation Of The Competition• Views On The Implementation Of The Tender• Possible Issues To Be Considered In The Preparation Of The Request For Tenders Cooperation During The Contract Period• Cooperation Practices During The Contract Period• Possible Follow-Up Meetings And Their Number4 Objective: The Aim Of The Market Dialogue Is To:• Gather The Views Of Service Providers To Support The Preparation Of The Procurement• Ensure That The Bidding Process Is Carried Out Openly, Fairly, Without Discrimination And In Accordance With The Principle Of Proportionality In Accordance With Section 3 Of The Procurement Act. Forms Survey: In Connection With The Request For Information, A Forms Survey Is Published In Which Operators Are Asked To:• Answer Questions About The Market Dialogue• Make Comments On The Preparation Of The Acquisition• Register For A Possible Operator-Specific Discussion • Submit Possible Preliminary Questions Or Themes That The Operator Hopes To Be Discussed In The Market Dialogue Discussion Session Answering All Questions Is Voluntary.
