The Contract Period Is 1 July 2026-31 December 2029. Each School Chooses The Operator That Best Suits Its Needs From Among The Operators Approved As Framework Contract Partners. A More Detailed Description Of The Service Is In The Tender Request And Its Attachments. As A Reverse Tender, Where One Standard Image Product Is 3.90 Euros Including Vat (25.5%). At This Price, The Person Photographed Can Choose Any Of The Three Standardized Image Products (Group Photo, Portrait, Sticker Sheet; Total 11.70 Euros Vat 25.5%). Principals Enter Into A School-Specific Commission Agreement With The Supplier Of Their Choice. Schools Aim For An Arrangement Where The Contract Is Concluded With The Same Operator For The Entire Framework Arrangement Period. However, For Example After The First Filming, The School Can Change The Supplier For The Remaining Contract Period. After This, Changing The Service Provider Is Only Possible For A Justified Reason. School-Specific Contracts Can Also End Earlier Than Agreed, If There Are Changes In The School Network. For Letter Deliveries, The Supplier May Charge A Maximum Of The Cheapest Letter Delivery Postage In Postis Currently Valid Price List For The Standardized Images That Are Delivered To The Home Address Of The Subject. Other Shipping, Packaging, Invoicing, Etc. Costs For The Delivery Of Standardized Products (Group Or Portrait Or Sticker Sheet) Are Not Allowed. The Supplier Does Not Pay Organization Compensation To Schools. The Supplier Has The Option To Sell Other Products According To Their Pricing According To The Guardians Orders. In Addition To The Standardized Paid Image Products, The Offer Must Also Include Traditional Free Benefits For The School: Electronic Student And Staff Photos, Student Archive Photos, Staff Group Photos And A Staff Gallery Photo On The School Wall. The Offer Does Not Include Free Benefits For The Student Union Or The Parents Association Or Any Other Entity Comparable To Them. The Provider Undertakes That The Prices Of The Standardized Photos Are Fixed Throughout The Contract Period. Partial Offers Are Not Accepted. The Tenderer Must Offer The Requested Package Of Photography, The Related Service And Products. The Procurement Has Not Been Divided Into Parts, As It Is Appropriate That The Procurement Forms A Unified Procurement Entity. The Aim Of The Procurement Is To Enable Equitable, High-Quality And Reasonably Priced School Photography For The Students Of The Participating Units.
