The Contract Includes The Work Required For The Construction Of Longinojanpuisto To The Extent Indicated In The Contract Documents, In Accordance With The Tender Documents, With All Related Work And Purchases Fully Completed. The Construction Project Includes The Construction Of Longinojanpuistos Wetland, Stepping Stone Meadow And The Plantings Of The Gliding-Squirrel Connection, As Well As Improving The Drainage Of The Playground Filpus. The Site Is Located In Malmi (38) District. This Is The Additional Construction Of An Already Built Park. The Developer Is The Public Areas Service Of The City Of Helsinkis Urban Environment Department, Which Also Acts As A Customer In Accordance With Yse 98. Intermediate Goal 1: Lower Malminojja Wetland Completed In Its Entirety By August 31, 2026 (Trout Spawning Time). The Works According To The Contract Documents Must Be Ready And Received, And The Inspections Required By The Authorities And Inspection Bodies Must Be Approved. Held On 15 December 2026.
