Additionally, The Scope Of Work Includes, When Required, The Falling And Clearing Of Timber, Maintaining Existing Helicopter Access Sites, Along With The Assessment And Removal Of Windfall And Danger Trees To Ensure Site Safety And Compliance. Danger Tree Assessment And Falling Along Forest Service Roads And Worksites Forms An Integral Part Of This Contract. Response Time To Ensure Operational Continuity And Safety, The Contractor Is Contractually Mandated To Adhere To Strict Response Times, Categorized By The Severity Of The Request. For Emergency Situations That Threaten Life, Property, Or The Environment, A Rapid Response Must Occur Within 48 Hours To Mitigate Immediate Danger And Initiate Restoration Services. Conversely, For Standard, Non-Urgent Work Requests, The Contractor Must Provide A Response Or Arrive Onsite Within 7 Calendar Days.
