The Subject Of The Order Refers To Construction And Assembly Works, Including The Supply Of The Necessary Raw Materials And Materials, Mechanization, Labor And All Activities Necessary For The Implementation Of The Construction, In Accordance With The Technical Specification And The Approved Technical Documentation - Investment Project. A Building Permit Has Been Issued For The Construction By The Chief Architect Of The Capital City Municipality, Sredets District No. 18/12.12.2025, And The Same Should Be Implemented According To The Approved Technical Investment Project. The Purpose Of The Investment Project Is To Contribute To Ensuring A Sustainable Energy Renovation Of A Public Building For Administrative Services With Address: City Of Sofia, Tsarigradsko Shose Blvd. No. 49, Through The Application Of Integrated Energy Efficiency Measures And To Achieve Energy Consumption Class A, According To The Ordinance Under Art. 48 Of The Energy Efficiency Act (Eea) For The Relevant Type Of Building. Within The Framework Of The Order, Energy Efficiency Measures Will Be Implemented For The Administrative Building Of The Bulgarian Telegraph Agency, Located In The City Of Sofia, Tsarigradsko Shose Blvd. No. 49. The Goal Is To Achieve Increased Energy Efficiency Of The Building By Implementing A Complex Of Measures - Thermal Insulation Of External Walls, Replacement Of The Old Windows With New High-Efficiency Pvc Windows, Laying Of Thermal Insulation On The Roof And Terraces, As Well As Replacement Of The Existing Lighting Fixtures With Led Lights. Construction Of A Photovoltaic Installation, Construction Of A Central Heating And Air Conditioning Installation.
