The Order Is Subject To Delivery And Includes Delivery Through The Purchase Of Personal Protective Equipment For Work At Height - Safety Belts For The Whole Body For Work At Height And Equipment For Them, Safety Belts For The Whole Body For Work At Height With Difficult Access And Equipment For Them, Emergency Rescue Equipment For Work At Height, Positioning Belts And Equipment For Them, Necessary For Safety At Height For Employees Of Eso Ead. The Goods, The Subject Of Delivery Under This Public Procurement, Must Be Delivered To The Warehouses Of The Contracting Authority, In An Estimated Volume As Follows: - Safety Belts For The Whole Body For Working At Height And Accessories For Them - 130 Pcs.; - Safety Belts For The Whole Body For Working At Height With Difficult Access And Equipment For Them - 90 Pcs.; - Means For Emergency Rescue When Working At Height - 10 Pcs.; - Positioning Belts And Accessories For Them - 20 Pcs. The Contracting Authority May Order With A Delivery Order Individual Items Of Harness Equipment, Positioning Belt, And Emergency Rescue Equipment For Working At Height, With A Description Of The Number Of Each Item And The Place Of Delivery. Deliveries Will Be Made After The Ordering Party Has Sent A Delivery Order With A Specified Place Of Delivery And A Description Of The Number Of Different Types Of Items. The Term Of The Contract Is 24 (Twenty-Four) Months, And During The Validity Of The Contract, The Deliveries Will Be Made After Sending A Delivery Order By The Contracting Authority With A Specified Place Of Delivery And A Description Of The Quantities Of The Various Types Of Items. The Term For The Delivery Of The Goods Of Each Individual Delivery Order Is No More Than 90 Calendar Days, Counted From The Date Of Sending A Specific Delivery Order By The Contracting Authority. The Warranty Period Of The Delivered Goods, Which Are The Subject Of This Public Procurement, Should Be No Less Than 24 Months, Counted From The Date Of The Handover Protocol For Acceptance Of The Goods Delivered Under The Contract. Each Participant Is Required To Submit One Sample Of The Items As Follows: 1. Full Body Belt For Work At Height With Difficult Access - 1 Piece; 2. Full Body Harness For Working At Height - 1 Piece; ​​​​​​​Samples Will Be Used For Their Visual Examination, For Compliance With The Parameters Laid Down In The Technical Specifications For Each Item Of Section Ii Technical Requirements. As A Result Of These Tests, The Integrity And Commercial Appearance Of The Samples Will Not Be Disturbed. Samples Are Accepted In The Office At The Address Of The Contracting Authority: Sofia - 1618, Tsar Boris Iii Blvd. No. 201, By 5:00 P.M.
