The Subject Of The Order Includes Periodic Supplies By Way Of Rental, Installation/Installation And Commissioning, And Dismantling Of Equipment For Securing Events Organized By The Employer, Referred To As Equipment/Equipment For Short, Detailed In Appendix No. 1 Technical Specification (Ts). The Activities Are Carried Out According To The Specific Needs Of The Contracting Authority And A Prior Request Specifying The Location Of The Event And The Type Of Equipment That The Contractor Should Provide. The Indicated Quantities Are Approximate And Will Be Used To Evaluate The Offers. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Increase Or Decrease The Indicated Quantities, According To Its Needs And Financial Security, And Is Not Bound To Exhaust The Specified Maximum Allowable Value Of The Contract And Volume.
