Within The Scope Of The Order, The Contractor Should Provide Delivery, Planning And Specification Of The Location And Network Connections When Installing The Equipment, Installation, Configuration, Testing, Connection Of The Individual Components And Commissioning Of An Integrated Modular Platform To Create An Operational Center For Cyber Security Of The National Assembly, As Well As Personnel Training And System Warranty Support. The Operational Center For Cyber Security Is Designed To Provide A High Degree Of Protection Against Intrusions To The Network Of The National Assembly And Endpoints (Servers And Workstations). The Integrated Platform Should Include The Following Hardware And Software Components: Incident Logging And Management Module; A Module For Analyzing Network Activity And Detecting Anomalies; Decoy Module (Simulation Of Real It Infrastructure); Module For Protection Of Administrative Interfaces And Api Communication; The Licenses For Operation And Maintenance Of The Two Available Fortinet Fortigate 1800F Firewalls Should Be Delivered As Part Of The Order. The Cyber Security Operations Center Should Provide Centralized Monitoring Of It Resources And Interaction Between Individual Systems And Components – Firewalls, E-Mail Protection Systems And Endpoint Protection Systems.
