The Subject Of The Public Procurement Includes The Delivery Upon Request Of Various Types Of Medical Instrumentation, Described In Detail In The Technical Specification - Appendix No. 1, An Integral Part Of This Procurement Documentation. The Scope Of The Order Includes Delivery To The Purchasers Warehouse And Unloading Of The Quantity Of Products Delivered As Requested. The Contracting Authority Divides The Order Into 9 Separate Items. Separate Items No. 1 ÷ No. 4 Are Detailed In The Technical Specification - Appendix No. 1. In The Event That A Participant Does Not Offer One Or More Products From The Specific Position In Which He Participates, He Will Be Removed From The Procedure For The Specific Position. In The Event That A Participant Offers One Or More Products From The Specific Position In Which He Participates, But The Same/The Same Do Not Meet The Requirements Of The Contracting Authority, It Is Assumed That The Complexity Has Not Been Met And The Participant Will Be Removed From The Procedure For The Specific Specific Position. Each Participant Can Participate For One, Several Or All Selected Positions.
