The Order Is Executed In Connection With The Investment Intention Of The Municipality Of Haskovo For The Restoration And Improvement Of The Transport And Operational Qualities And The Carrying Capacity Of The Roadway On Stara Planina Street In The Section Bordering Pi 77195.723.60 - For The Youth Home. For The Site Strengthening The Roadway On Stara Planina Street In The Section Bordering Pi 77195.723.60 - For The Youth Home, With Location Pi 77195.723.59 And Pi 77195.723.60 According To The Cc Of The Town Of Haskovo, An Investment Plan Has Been Evaluated And Approved On 11.11.2025 Project, Containing The Following Parts: Road, Structural, Geological And Hydrogeological Survey, Temporary Organization Of Traffic, Fire Safety And Public Safety. Construction Permit No. 444/11.2025 Was Issued By The Chief Architect Of The Municipality Of Haskovo, Which Came Into Force On 27.11.2025 Is The Ivth Category According To Art. 137, Para. 1, Item 4 Of The Zut. The Subject Of The Order Covers The Implementation Of Construction And Assembly Works Under The Approved Investment Project Of The Site, As Follows: In The Constructive Part Of The Project, The Construction Of A New Strengthening Structure With A Length Of 50 Meters Along The Front Of The Manifested Destabilization Processes On The Left Side Of The Road Is Foreseen. The Construction Of The New Fortification Will Be Carried Out After Removing A Large Part Of The Existing Heavily Deformed Stone Masonry Wall. The Reinforcement Structure Is A Linear Facility Of Reinforced Concrete Piles With An Axial Distance Of One Meter. The Piles Are United In Their Upper Part By Means Of A Reinforced Concrete Beam Additionally Anchored In Two Rows To The Soil With Anchors Type Ibo R38n. The Total Number Of Piles For Execution Is 50 Pcs., And Of Anchors - 98 Pcs. In The Road Part Of The Project, The Restoration Of The Left And Right Sidewalks, As Well As The Restoration Of The Pavement Of The Roadway, After The Construction Of The Strengthening Structure, Is Foreseen. Regarding The Restraint Systems - Delivery And Installation Of Steel Railings On The Newly Built Fortification Structure And At The Intersection With St. St. Cyril And Methodius. In The Road Part Of The Project, A Permanent Organization Of Traffic Has Also Been Developed - It Is Planned To Repeat The Existing One, As Well As Supplement It With New Road Signs Specified In The Project. The Section Also Includes An Existing Artificial Bump, Which Will Also Be Restored. With The Implementation Of The Temporary Traffic Organization Part Of The Project, Traffic Safety Is Ensured During Construction.
