The Subject Of The Public Procurement Includes The Supply Of Net Active Electrical Energy, The Fulfillment Of The Duties Of A Coordinator Of A Standard Balancing Group, According To The Energy Law And The Rules For Trading In Electric Energy (Ptee), For The Sites Of Municipal Passenger Transport Eood - Gabrovo, Specified In Appendix No. 1 To The Technical Specification. The Contractor Is Building A Photovoltaic Power Plant, The Energy From Which Will Be Used For Own Consumption And Sale In The Network. After Putting The Photovoltaic Power Plant Into Operation, The Contractor Should Account For The Electrical Energy Returned To The Power Grid And Distribute It Between The Contracting Authoritys Sites Included In This Order. The Estimated Supply Of Net Active Electrical Energy Is 880 Mw/H Per Year Or 1760 Mw/H For The Term Of The Contract. The Contract Enters Into Force From The Date Of Conclusion And Has A Term Of Execution Until The Estimated Value Is Reached, But No More Than 24 (Twenty-Four) Months, Counted From The Date Of Registration Of The First Registered Traffic. Place Of Performance Of The Delivery - The Electricity System Of The Republic Of Bulgaria On The Territory Of The City Of Gabrovo - The Objects Indicated In Appendix No. 1 To The Technical Specification, As Well As For The Additionally Added Ones, According To The Needs Of The Contracting Authority /In Applicable Cases/.
