The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is The Delivery Of One Number Of Factory-New Electric Cars And One Number Of Charging Stations, Divided Into Two Separate Items, As Follows: Separate Position No. 1 - Delivery Of An Electric Vehicle For The Needs Of The Childrens Nursery And Childrens Milk Kitchen In The City Of Troyan; Separate Position No. 2 - Delivery And Installation Of A Connected Charging Station For The Needs Of The Childrens Nursery And Childrens Milk Kitchen In The City Of Troyan. The Vehicle Supplied Under Special Item #1 Must Be Factory New, Unused, Not A Demonstration Or Recycled Passenger Car And Must Be On The Manufacturers Production List As Of The Date Of Bid Submission. The Subject Of The Order In The Part Of Separate Item No. 2 Includes Delivery And Installation Of A 22 Kw Charging Station. The Connected Charging Station Delivered And Installed Must Be Factory New, Unused, Not Demo Or Recycled. According To The Requirements Of Art. 47, Para. 5 Of The Law On Public Procurement, The Primary Vehicle Should Meet The Criteria For Clean Vehicles Specified In Ordinance No. H-21 Of December 19, 2023 On The Requirements For Clean Vehicles, Issued By The Minister Of Transport And Communications With A Maximum Emission Of Exhaust Gases, Expressed In Co2 G/Km, And Emissions Of Pollutants Under Real Driving Conditions Below The Applicable Limit Values ​​Of Emissions Defined In The Appendix To Art. 3 Of Ordinance No. H-21. The Subject Of The Public Procurement Also Includes The Warranty Service Of The Car In An Authorized Service Center And The Charging Station With A Power Of At Least 22Kw.
