The Subject Of The Order Is Exercise Of Construction Supervision During The Smr Of Objects: Reconstruction And Rehabilitation Of Street Network, Sidewalks, The Facilities And Their Accessories In The Territory Of The Municipality Of Kirkovo, Divided Into Two Separate Positions Separate Position No. 1: Exercising Construction Supervision During The Smr Of A Site: Major Repair Of Sidewalks On Granichar Street From Point 188 To Point 124 According To The Plan Of The Village Of Chorbadzhiysko, Kirkovo Municipality And Main Repair Of Granichar Street From Point 124 To Point 160 According To The Plan Of The Village Chorbadzhiysko, Kirkovo Municipality Separate Position No. 2: Exercising Construction Supervision During The Smr Of A Site: Reconstruction Of A Street Through O.T.15, O.T.16, O.T.65 To O.T.73 In The Village Of Tihomir, Kirkovo Municipality The Subject Of The Order Includes The Performance Of The Construction Supervision Service During The Execution Of The Smr Of The Objects Included In The Subject Of The Relevant Separate Position. Construction Supervision Is Carried Out In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Territorial Planning Act And Applicable Regulations. The Person Exercising Construction Supervision Signs All Acts And Protocols During Construction, According To Ordinance No. 3 Of July 31, 2003 On Drawing Up Acts And Protocols During Construction, Issued By The Minister Of Regional Development And Public Works. The Prescriptions And Orders Of The Person Exercising Construction Supervision Entered In The Order Book Are Binding For The Builder And The Technical Supervisor Of The Construction. In Case Of Violation Of The Technical Rules And Regulations, The Person Exercising Construction Supervision Is Obliged To Notify The Regional Directorate For National Construction Control Within 3 Days Of Establishing The Violation. After Completion Of The Construction And Installation Works, The Person Exercising Construction Supervision Prepares A Final Report Accompanied By A Technical Passport To The Contracting Authority. The Persons Exercising Construction Supervision Are Liable For Damages They Have Caused To The Contractor And Other Participants In The Construction, And Jointly Liable With The Builder For Damages Caused By Non-Compliance With Technical Rules And Regulations And The Approved Projects. The Responsibility Under The Contract For Construction Supervision Has Terms Not Shorter Than The Warranty Terms In Construction. Note: The Contractor Should Agree With The Contracting Authority Any Decision And/Or Prescription And/Or Agreement To Carry Out Works Leading To A Change In The Quantity-Value Accounts For The Implemented Smr.
