Tenders are invited for Framework Agreement For The Rental Of Reprographic Equipment And Supply Of Consumables The University Wishes To Renew Its Reprographic Equipment Rental Contract. The Purpose Of This Call For Tenders Is The Rental (Leasing And Maintenance) Of Printing Presses In Order To Acquire New Machines And Reduce Peripheral Costs. In Addition To The Provision, Upkeep, And Maintenance Of The Machines, The University Requires Centralized Print Management Software To Control The Peripherals, As Well As Page Layout Software. Finally, The University Needs The Supply Of Consumables To Ensure A Regular Supply. The Term Of Each Framework Agreement Is Set At Two (2) Years, Renewable Twice For One (1) Year Periods (2 + 1 + 1) At The Universitys Discretion.
