The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Conclusion Of A Framework Agreement For The Supply Of Food - Fish (Hereinafter Also Fish) With Three Participants In The Procurement Procedure. The Place Of Receipt Of Fish Deliveries Is The Individual Establishments Of The Contracting Authority In The Prague - Letňany District, The Specific Place Of Delivery Will Be Specified In The Order. The Framework Agreement Will Be Concluded For A Period Of One (1) Year. The Subject Of Performance Is Defined In More Detail In This Procurement Documentation And Its Annexes. The Public Contract Based On The Framework Agreement Will Be Concluded With Three Suppliers Without The Renewal Of Competition Between The Participants Of The Framework Agreement, I.E. The Fulfillment Of The Subject Of The Public Contract Will Take Place In The Manner Specified In This Procurement Documentation And In The Framework Agreement, Namely With The Selected Suppliers.
