The Framework Agreement Includes The Supply Of Carpentry For Use In The Municipalities Operations, Maintenance, Rehabilitation And Minor Conversions Of Municipal Buildings. The Agreement Shall Cover Both Planned Maintenance Tasks And Unforeseen, Urgent Needs Relating To The Improvement Of The Building Stock. The Assignments May Vary In Scope And Complexity, Include Both Internal And External Work, And May, If Necessary, Include Responsibility For Coordinating Other Disciplines. The Framework Agreement Must Ensure The Municipalities Predictable Access To Skilled Tradesmen Who Can Carry Out The Necessary Work Throughout The Entire Agreement Period, So That The Buildings Function, Value And Lifespan Are Safeguarded.
