The Norwegian Public Roads Administration Wishes To Enter Into A Framework Agreement With Two Suppliers For The Provision Of Legal Services Within The Legal Areas Of Contract And Construction Law, Public Procurement And Legal Advice Within Real Estate. The Framework Agreement Shall Apply To The National Road Administration As An Agency, And Calls May Apply To All Divisions In The National Road Administration And The Directorate Of Roads. The Purpose Of The Framework Agreement Is To Cover The Need For Legal Services Where The Client/Government Attorney Does Not Have The Capacity Or For Other Reasons Is Unable Or Unwilling To Undertake The Assignment.
