The Assignment Includes The Replacement, Repair And Installation Of New Steel And Concrete Railings On National Roads In The Area South Of Operation And Maintenance (Vestfold, Telemark And Agder Counties). The Assignment May Also Include Design According To Agreement With The Client. Some Work Is Planned On E18/E39 With The Replacement Of Guardrails. The Extent Will Depend On Road Access. On E18/E39, It Is The Operating Contract That Will Be Responsible For Notice Of Work And Traffic Routing. Access Is Decided In Weekly Meetings Between Bh And The Operating Contract. That Is Why It Is Important That Work Is Planned Well In Advance And Carried Out As Planned. On The Remaining Road Network Will The Contractor Himself Had To Be Responsible For The Work Notification. The Scope Of The Work Depends On Ongoing Needs During The Contract Period And Will Be Divided Into Partial Deliveries. Decisions About Where The Work Is To Be Carried Out And The Sequence Are Made By The Client, And Are Planned In Close Collaboration With The Supplier. Planning And Decision Making Will Be Based On Information About Needs And Available Budgets. The Stated Quantities In Chapter D1 Are Estimated Quantities For The Contract Period Based On Assumed Available Budgets And Assumed Need. Executed Quantities May Deviate Significantly From Estimated Quantities. The Work Is Settled In Accordance With Quantities And Unit Prices Processes, And As Calculation Work In Accordance With Hourly Rates For Crew And Machines
