The Purpose Is To Offer The Participants Activities That Are Easily Accessible In Their Own City And Surrounding Area. The Activity Offer Must Be Able To Accommodate 70 Participants At The Same Time, And Must Be Able To Be Adapted To The Age Group 8-13 Years. It Is Important That The Children Participating In Kongesommer Can Get To The Trampoline Park On Foot Directly From The Vitenfabrikken In Sandnes, As This Is Part Of The Already Established Program For The Holiday Club. The Activity Must Be Able To Be Offered Tuesday - Friday Between 10.00 And 15.00 For Four Weeks Of The Schools Summer Holidays. The Client Has Probed The Market For Suppliers That Can Offer A Trampoline Park With Facilities For Kongesommers Participants, And Cannot See That There Are Any Relevant Suppliers Other Than Skyland As That Can Offer The Desired Activity According To Kongesommers Needs In Terms Of Requirements, Scope And Distance. The Client Therefore Intends To Enter Into An Agreement With Skyland As Without Competition Taking Place In The Market. The Notice Of Intent Stipulates That A Contract Will Not Be Entered Into If It Turns Out That Other Market Participants Can Offer The Same Activity Offer. Total Value: Nok 130,000 Incl. Vat.
