The Object Of The Contract Includes The Following Services: • The Supply, Under Lease, Of A Digital Platform With A License To Use That Allows The Application Of The Inspection Protocol Developed By The Public Health Agency Of Barcelona (Aspb) For The Performance Of Food Safety Inspections At The Retail Food Establishments In Barberà Del Vallès. • As Services Associated With The Supply, The Integration Of The Biometric Digital Signature, As Well As The Technical Support And Maintenance Services Of The Platform. • The Right Of Access And Use Of The Digital Platform By The City Council Throughout The Duration Of The Contract. The Division Into Lots Of The Object Of This Contract Is Not Foreseen For The Reasons Justified In The Technical Report, In Accordance With What Is Stipulated In Art. 99.3 Of The Lcsp And That Established In Decree-Law 3/2025, Of March 4, By Which Urgent Measures Are Adopted In The Matter Of Public Procurement. The Bidding And Execution Of The Contract Will Govern, In Addition To The Applicable Legal Regulations, The Set Of Particular Administrative Clauses And The Set Of Technical Prescriptions (Ppt) (Annex 2).
