The Aim Of The Competition Is To Select The Best Architectural And Urban Solution For The Zone Of The Football Complex Of The Maksimir Stadium And The Sports And Recreation Center And The Borongaj Intermodal Terminal, Which Most Successfully Meets The Needs Of The Client In Accordance With The Professional Evaluation Criteria. By Intention, The Tender For Implementation Is Also A Survey. The Intention Of Implementing The Tender Zone For Implementation Is To Contract The Creation Of A Project And/Or Plan. The Tender Zone For Implementation Refers To The Football Complex Of The Maksimir Stadium, Which Includes The Stadium Building, Auxiliary Fields With Accompanying Buildings, And The Associated Infrastructure And Arrangement Of External Surfaces. The Intention Of Implementing The Survey Tender Zone Is To Collect Tender Solutions In Order To Check The Possibilities Of Building Or Arranging The Space Without Contracting The Creation Of A Project And/Or Plan Or Establishing Any Other Type Of Right To Use The Authors Work Of Architecture Given By The Tender Solution. The Survey Part Of The Tender Covers The Area Of ​​The Svetica Sports Recreation Center, Which Includes The Athletics And Recreation Complex And The Spatial Program Structure Of Indoor Sports, And The Area Of ​​The Borongaj Intermodal Terminal.
