Quality Guarantee Period And Warranty For Defects - The Ordering Party Requires That The Quality Guarantee Period For The Completed Subject Of The Contract Is 60 Months From The Date Of Final Acceptance. Moreover, The Ordering Party Requires That The Warranty Period For Defects Be Equal To The Quality Warranty Period. The Terms Of The Guarantee And Warranty Are Specified In Annex No. 8 To The Swz - Draft Provisions Of The Contract.
