Construction Materials And Associated Items – Lvi-Tarvikkeet. With This Request For Tenders, The Procurement Services Of The City Of Rovaniemi Are Asking For Offers For The Heating, Water And Ventilation Equipment (Hvac Equipment) To Be Purchased For The City Of Rovaniemi, Neve Oy And The Rovaniemi Education Municipality Association (Redu). The Procurement Includes The Most Purchased Hvac Accessories (Volume Products) By The Customers And Other Additional Accessories Belonging To The Product Groups That Are The Subject Of The Procurement. The Hvac Supplies To Be Procured Are Mainly For Small Pipe Contracts That Are Part Of Maintenance, Defect And Vandalism Repairs, Maintenance And Hvac Installations Related To Investments. Supplies Belonging To Construction Contracts Are Not Included In The Purchase. The Customer Acquires The Supplies Included In The Framework Arrangements For The Pipe Works Separately Through The Framework Contract Contractors, And They Are Not Included In The Procurement. A More Detailed Description Of The Procurement Object Is Described In This Request For Tenders And In The Appendix Description Of The Procurement Object. As A Result Of The Tender, A Framework Arrangement Is Formed Between The Customer And Several Suppliers. The Order Of Priority Is Described In More Detail In The Agreement And The Appendix Order Of Priority. The Contract Period Is Limited To Four (4) Years. Option Periods Are Not Included In The Purchase. The Tender Consists Of This Tender Document And Its Attachments.
