The Purpose Of This Framework Agreement Is The Acquisition And Delivery Of Anatomy/Dissection Tables For The Anatomy Laboratory Of The Faculty Of Medical And Paramedical Sciences Of Aix-Marseille University. The Framework Agreement Also Covers, If The Possible Additional Service Is Retained, The Removal And Evacuation Of Existing Tables. It Is Specified That The Installation And Connection Will Be Carried Out By The Technical Services Of The Faculty. This Is A Single-Awarder Framework Agreement Executed As Purchase Orders Are Issued In Accordance With The Provisions Of Articles L2125-1, R2162-1 To R2162-6 And R2162-13 To R2162-14 Of The Public Order Code. It Includes A Firm Tranche And An Optional Tranche In Application Of The Provisions Mentioned In Articles R2113-4 To R2113-6 Of The Public Order Code. Firm Phase: Acquisition, Installation, Commissioning, Warranty, Staff Training And Maintenance Upon Admission Of The Equipment Indicated In The Cctp And The Price List. The Firm Tranche Includes A Possible Additional Service Described In Article 6.3 Of The Ccp. Optional Portion: Annual Maintenance: Warranty Extension Beyond The Initial Legal Manufacturer Warranty. The Framework Agreement Includes 1 Minimum Quantity Threshold Corresponding To The Acquisition Of 8 Tables And Includes A Maximum Quantity Threshold Of 16 Tables Over The Duration Of The Market (I.E. 4 Years). The Contract Takes Effect On The Date Of Receipt Of Its Notification By The Holder For An Initial Period Of 24 Firm Months.
