Assignment The Assignment Concerns: Carrying Out Preparatory Work; Removing And Reinstalling Pavements; Carrying Out Earthworks; Installing And Replacing Connections To The Sewer; Installing And Replacing Street Drainage; Installation And Replacement Of Main Sewer; Removing Roots From The Sewer; Carrying Out Additional Works Lots This Assignment Is Not Divided Into Lots. Purpose The Purpose Of This Tender Is To Conclude A Framework Agreement For The Provision Of These Services With A Term Of Two (2) Years With A Starting Date Of August 1, 2026. The Client Has The Unilateral Right To Extend This Two (2) Times By One (1) Year. The Decision-Making Regarding These Extension(S) Is Made On The Basis Of Evaluation Of The Performance Delivered. Maximum Contract Value The Maximum Contract Value In The Context Of This Framework Agreement Is Set At € 7,500,000 Over The Term Of The Agreement, Including Extension Options.
