Services Related To Noise Pollution – Noise And Vibration Measurement. The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Conclusion Of The Framework Agreement For A Fixed Period, Namely For 48 Months From The Date Of Its Entry Into Force. The Subject Of The Framework Agreement (Framework Agreement) Are The Following Activities: A) Noise Measurement In The Protected Outdoor Area Of ​​Buildings, Or In A Protected Outdoor Area In The Vicinity Of Roads Managed By Tsk According To The Request Of The Client; B) Measurement Of Surface Noise Using The Cpx Method, Processing Of Acoustic Assessments And Expert Opinions, Processing Of Documents For The Issuance Of A Permit For A Milder Hygiene Limit In Accordance With § 31 Of Act No. 258/2000 Coll., As Amended, And Consulting And Professional Activities In The Area Of ​​Noise Issues. C) Submission Of Outputs From Individual Measurements According To Points A) And B). Required Outputs Of Noise Measurement: • Noise Measurement In The Protected Outdoor Area Of ​​Buildings, Or In A Protected Outdoor Area; • Traffic Engineering Survey At The Time Of Noise Measurement (Traffic Intensity, Pilot Speed Measurement, Etc.); • Measurement Of The Weather Situation; • Evaluation Of The Acoustic Situation In Accordance With Government Regulation No. 272/2011 Coll., As Amended; • Accredited Or Authorized Measurement Protocol. Required Outputs Of Cpx Measurement: • Measurement Of A Defined Section Of The Road Using The Cpx Method (Measurement Using A Trailer With At Least 5 Microphones And A Measuring Tire), • Surface Analysis After 20 M In The Measured Section, • Comparison With Tkp 7 Or Comparison With The Condition Of The Surface Before And After The Implementation Of The Replacement, • Accredited Measurement Protocol. Required Outputs Of The Acoustic Assessment Or Expert Opinions: • Compilation Of A 3D Computational Model Of The Defined Area, • Modeling Of The Influence Of Traffic Or The Influence Of Construction Activities, • Evaluation In The Protected Outdoor Area Of ​​Buildings, Or In A Protected Outdoor Area, Using Control Calculation Points, • Proposal Of Possible Anti-Noise Measures If Necessary, • Processing Of A Summary Report And Noise Maps. For The Processing Of Expert Opinions Of Acoustic Studies, An Analysis And Control Of The Correctness Of The Assessed Study Will Be Carried Out And, If Necessary, The Expert Opinion Will Be Supplemented With Acoustic Calculations, I.E. The Compilation Of A 3D Calculation Model, Modeling Of The Influence Of Traffic And The Proposal Of Possible Measures. In The Case Of Processing Documents For The Authorization Of A Milder Hygiene Limit, Whether For Noise From Traffic Or From Construction Activities, The Scope Of The Processed Document Will Correspond To Act No. 258/2000 Coll., As Amended.
