The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery To The Headquarters Of The Ordering Party - Ncbj Radioisotope Center Polatom - 25,000 Sets Of Needles For Technetium Generators (Mo/Tc) In A System Of Successive Deliveries In Batches Within A Period Of 12 Months From The Date Of Signing The Contract Or Until The Quantity Specified In The Proceedings Is Exhausted. 1.1. Needle Sets Belong To Two Types, The Technical Requirements Of Which Are Specified In Detail In Annex A1 - Type N And Annex A2 - Type S Of This Tor. The Ordering Party Will Order Sets Of N-Type Or S-Type Needles Depending On Demand. 1.2. All Sets Of Needles Delivered Under This Order Must Meet The Conditions Specified In The Technical Specification - Annex A1 - Type N Or Annex A2 - Type S. 1.3. The Contractor Will Set One Unit Price Regardless Of The Type Of Needle Sets Ordered. 1.4. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Use The Above-Mentioned Estimated Quantity Of The Ordered Assortment Earlier, And The Contractor Will Not Be Entitled To Any Claims In This Respect, In Particular Claims For Compensation For Lost Profits.
