Radio-Isotopes – 91/Pn/2026 - Successful Delivery Of Radiopharmaceutical: Lutetium Oxodotreotide Lu-177 (Lutathera) For Uck. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Delivery Of The Radiopharmaceutical: Lutetium Oxodotreotide Lu-177 (Lutathera) For Uck In The Assortment, Estimated Quantity And Limit Requirements Specified In Annex No. 3 To The Swz. 2. The Ordered Assortment Referred To In Section 1 The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Deliver, At His Own Expense, To The Department Of Nuclear Medicine, Uck, Ul. Dębinki 7. The Delivery Date Of The Radiopharmaceutical Is One Business Day Before Its Planned Administration. 3. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Partial Offers. The Ordering Party Did Not Divide The Order Into Parts Because Such A Division In These Proceedings Is Pointless And Would Cause Significant Difficulties And Excessive Costs In The Execution Of The Order. Additionally, Art. 91 Of The Public Procurement Law Does Not Impose An Absolute Obligation To Divide The Contract Into Parts, But It Provides For The Ordering Partys Right To Divide The Contract, Therefore It Is Impossible To Raise An Allegation That Such Action Is Illegal Due To The Lack Of A Standard Imposing An Obligation To Divide. 4. The Ordering Party Does Not Consent To Making Changes To Annex 3 To The Swz - Assortment And Price Form Under Pain Of Rejection.
