The Subject Of The Innovation Partnership Is The Conception, Development, Testing, Implementation And Prospective Operation Of The Care:Ecohub As A Scalable, Modular, Real-Time Capable, Digital Data And Service Platform For Care, Quality Assurance And Research. The Innovation Partnership Is Divided Into Two Phases That Build On Each Other: - A Research And Development Phase (Research, Development And Testing Phase, Development Of A Minimum Viable Product), - A Performance Phase (Productive Implementation, Rollout, Initial Operation And Further Development Into A Model Region). The Aim Of The Award Is To Develop And Provide A Digital Platform That Contributes To Reducing Or Delaying The Need For Care And Improving Care Outcomes Through An Improved Database, Digital Support Of Nursing Processes And Evidence-Based Decision-Making. Technical Objective Includes: - Supporting Nursing Decision-Making Processes - Improving The Quality Of Care And Patient Safety - Evaluation Of Digital-Assistive Technologies Functional Objective Includes: - Combining Individual, Quality And Research Data - Use Of Standardized, Interoperable Interfaces (E.G. Hl7 Fhir) - Role And Rights-Based Information Provision - Provision Of Dashboards, Analysis And Benchmark Functions - Compatibility With The Systems Current At The Time Of Commissioning - Further Development In Accordance With The Current State Of The Art - Functional Expandability Of The System (Including Api Interface For An App) Strategic And Organizational Objectives Include: - Building A Long-Term Sustainable Platform - Scalability Beyond Model Regions - Connectivity To National And European Data Ecosystems, Including The Medical Informatics Initiative (Mii), European Health Data Space (Ehds) The Innovation Partnership Does Not Include The Complete Replacement Of Existing Clinical Or Nursing Primary Systems, Pure Hardware Procurement And The Provision Of Standard Software Solutions, Pure Managed It Services And Standard It Services.
