Architectural, Construction, Engineering And Inspection Services – Framework Agreement For The Preparation Of Nature Conservation Documents And Reports In Federal Construction. In The Course Of Construction Work In The Federal Republic Of Germany, Various Nature Conservation Reports Are Required For Each Project. These Include: Reports On Species Protection, If Necessary With Environmental Construction Support (Proportional To The Order Value Approx. 35%), On Intervention Regulations (Proportionate To The Order Value Approx. 35%), On Ffh Compatibility (Proportionate To The Order Value Approx. 10%), Other Reports (Proportionate To The Order Value Approx. 10%) And Environmental Impact Assessments (Proportionate To The Order Value Approx. 10%). A Framework Agreement Is To Be Concluded With A Term Of Two Years And The Option Of Two Extensions Of One Year Each. The Individual Reports Are Then Awarded Individually. Bidding Consortia Are Permitted In The Procurement Process. The Contract Value For These Services Amounts To Approx. €1,100,000 (Net With Additional Costs) / Year, Whereby The Average Of An Individual Order Is I. D. R. Will Be Approximately €20,000 (Net With Additional Costs). These Sums Are Estimates From Which No Contract Claim Can Be Derived. The Service Requests Will Relate To Federal Construction Projects. Necessary Preliminary Consultations Must Be Carried Out By The Contractor With The Responsible Authorities And/Or Other Institutions Until Agreement Is Reached And Must Be Made Available To The Client In An Approved And Signed Form So That The Gmsh Construction Department Can Further Arrange For The Conduct To Be Established. Approximately 60 Reports Are To Be Expected Per Year. The Services Can Be Accessed As A Whole Or As Individual Services As Required. A “First Response Time” Of 5 Days Is Required. The Time Records For Services Based On Effort Must Be Presented In Detail For Each Individual Service In Accordance With The Individual Order. The Timesheet Is Only Provided For An Average Hourly Rate And An Average Hourly Rate For Night Work. Site Inspections Are Also Required As Part Of The Provision Of The Service. It Should Be Taken Into Account That These May Be A) At Different Times Of The Day And Year, B) On Impassable Terrain With E.G. T. A Flat Rate Travel Fee Is Agreed For On-Site Appointments, Which Includes Travel Times And Travel Costs For The Employees. The Necessity Of The On-Site Appointment Will Be Checked If Necessary. The Work To Be Carried Out Is Listed In The Specific Performance Obligations. An Offer Is Expected For The First Two Years For 20,000 Hours Average Hourly Rate, 1,000 Hours Average Hourly Rate For Night Work, Additional Costs, 600 X Flat Rate For Travel Costs Per On-Site Assignment According To The Contract.
