Grounds Maintenance Services – Lawn Mowing Flushing Field Pipe Plan. The Service Includes Regular Green Cutting And Mulching Work To Maintain The Dam Tops And The Internal And External Slopes Of The Four Polders Of The Rohrplan Flushing Field. The Total Area To Be Maintained Is Approximately 110,000 M² And Only Includes The Surrounding Dam Areas; Areas Within The Polders Are Not Part Of The Service And Can Only Be Processed Optionally And After A Separate Order. The Vegetation Consists Predominantly Of Natural Growth Of Nutrient-Rich Fresh Meadows With Heights Of Approx. 80–120 Cm. Mowing Is Carried Out As A Mulching Cut, The Mulching Material Remains On The Area. The Maximum Cutting Height Is ≤ 10 Cm. At Least One Complete Mowing Pass Must Be Carried Out Per Calendar Year; A Second Mowing Pass May Be Necessary Depending On The Operation And Will Be Ordered Separately. The Service Also Includes The Pruning Or Removal Of Low Growth Of Trees And Shrubs. Difficult Working Conditions Are To Be Expected Due To Uneven Terrain And Possible Digging Damage. The Work Must Be Carried Out In Compliance With All Applicable Occupational Safety, Environmental And Nature Conservation Regulations (In Particular Breeding And Setting Times). Suitable, Floor-Friendly Machines Must Be Used For The Execution, E.G. B. Flail Mowers And, If Necessary, Special Devices For Areas That Are Difficult To Access (E.G. Long-Arm Devices).
