Architectural, Engineering And Planning Services – Award Of Planning Services For A Railway Underpass Including Drainage. The Unna-Hamm Railway Line Runs Through The Center Of The Municipality Of Bönen (“Client”). As Part Of The So-Called General Renovation Of The High-Performance Network Of This Railway Line, The Central Level Crossing On Bahnhofstrasse, Which Runs Through The Center, Will Be Closed In 2028. As A Replacement For The Level Crossing And To Maintain The Connection Between The Eastern And Western Town Center, The Construction Of A Passenger And Cyclist Underpass In The Area Surrounding The Station And The Construction Of The Vehicle Underpass Are Planned Spatially Separately. The Subject Of This Tender Is Planning Services For Traffic And Wastewater Systems For The Vehicle Underpass (Railway Underpass-Eü) As Well As Drainage. Specifically, The Subject Of The Tendered Planning Services Is: • The Eü Vehicle Underpass As A Road Connection, Which Connects To The East To The Future Roundabout On Poststrasse And To The West To The Oststrasse Parking Lot Junction And Is To Be Planned Largely As A Trough Construction • The Rainwater Pumping Station For The Surface Drainage Of The Vehicle Underpass • The Oststrasse Parking Lot Junction Including Canal Construction In The Junction The Planning Services Tendered Here Prove To Be Especially As They Have To Be Integrated Into The Planning Of Db Infrago And The Client For Further Individual Measures In Terms Of Time And Content. For The Structures Listed Above, The Required Planning In Accordance With Service Phases 1 To 4 Of The Individual Service Profiles (With The Exception Of The Service Profile For Structural Planning And Engineering Structures Trough) Has Already Been Carried Out And Is Not The Subject Of This Tender. In The Service Profile Of Structural Planning For Engineering Structures Trog, Service Phases 1 To 3 Were Provided. The Following Planning Services Still Have To Be Provided (Basic Services And Special Services Of The Service Profiles Specified In The Tender Documents): • Object Planning Engineering Structures Trog: Hoai-Lph. 6 – 9 • Structural Planning Of Engineering Structures Trog: Hoai-Lph. 4, 6 • Property Planning For Civil Engineering Structures/Canal Construction: Hoai-Lph. 5 – 9 • Property Planning For Traffic Facilities: Hoai-Lph. 5 – 9 • Object Planning Pumping Station: Hoai-Lph. 5 – 9 • Technical Equipment Pumping Station: Hoai-Lph. 5 – 9 The Service Phases Should Be Commissioned In Stages. The Order Is Initially Placed For All Service Phases Still To Be Provided Up To And Including Service Phase 6 (Stage 1). The Subsequent Stages Include Service Phases 7 (Stage 2) And Service Phases 8 To 9 (Stage 3), Although This Does Not Apply To The Structural Planning, Which Ends After Service Phase 6. The Client Reserves The Right Not To Transfer The Services Of Levels 2 And/Or 3. There Is No Legal Right To Transfer The Benefits Of Levels 2 And 3. The Contractor Cannot Derive Any Increase In His Fee From The Gradual Commissioning. The Order
