Framework Agreement For The Provision Of Training And Educational Tasks Up To A Framework Amount Of Huf 62,875,000 Pursuant To Governmental Training And Education Procurement Act 396/2023. (Viii. 24.) For The Relevant Organization Defined In Paragraph 1 (2) Of Government Decree (Hereinafter: Bvop) For A Fixed Period Until 12.31.2027, Or Until The Framework Amount Is Exhausted, According To The Provisions Of The Public Procurement Documents. As A Result Of The Public Procurement Procedure, In The Subject Trained Garden Pavers Training And The Organization And Conduct Of The Exam Related To The Training, 1 Framework Agreement Was Concluded With A Training Body With Regard To The Subject Sector, As Stated In Point Ii.2.4) (Bt-24) And Public Procurement Documents (Kd). The Organization And Conduct Of Trained Garden Pavers Training And The Exam Related To The Training In 200 Hours On Occasion, Planned For 10 Groups In Accordance With The Technical Description That Is Part Of The Public Procurement Document. (Attendance Group Training) The Number Of Training Groups Is Determined On Average Between 10-15 People. A Maximum Of 3 Groups Are Trained In Parallel. Training Locations And Detailed Information Are Contained In Annex 2 Of The Technical Description. The Framework Agreement (Km) Is Aimed At The Performance Of The Training, Education, Exam Organization And Examination Tasks Defined Above, According To The Conditions Defined In The Framework Agreement And The Direct Order For The Specific Task(S). Based On The Framework Agreement, The Total Value Drawn On The Basis Of Direct Orders Sent During Its Term May Not Exceed The Framework Amount. The Framework Agreement Does Not Contain A Predetermined Total Quantity, The Amount Of Services To Be Provided Under The Framework Agreement Depends On The Framework Amount. During The Performance Of The Contract, The Winning Tenderer Is Obliged To Comply With Act Lxxvii Of 2013 On Adult Education. Act And 11/2020 On The Implementation Of The Act On Adult Education. (Ii. 7.) Act In Accordance With The Rules Of The Government Decree. When Fulfilling Direct Orders, The Successful Tenderer Must Provide The Necessary Equipment For The Training And The Related Exam - In Addition To The Basic Equipment Specified By Bvop - By Himself.
