Technical Maintenance Of The Air Conditioner The Supplier Is Obliged To Provide Maintenance Of The Air Conditioner Located At The Customer. Cleaning Of Units: Washing Filters, Evaporator Of The Indoor Unit And Heat Exchanger Of The Outdoor Unit Under Pressure. Drainage: Cleaning And Disinfection Of The Drain Pan And Condensate Drainage System To Prevent Unpleasant Odors And Leaks. Diagnostics: Checking The Operating Pressure In The System, Measuring Current Compressor And Air Flow Temperature. Refilling: Refilling With Refrigerant (Freon) When A Leak Is Detected. The Period For Performing Maintenance And Repair Of Equipment Should Not Exceed The Period Established By The Contract. The Supplier Provides A Guarantee For The Work Performed For A Period Of At Least 12 (Twelve) Months Gost 26963-86 “Technical Conditions For Domestic Air Conditioners.”
