Bids Are invited for Visual Inspection - Visual inspection and photography performing a visual survey of the building and recording/maping on drawing to assess extent of spelled concrete, cracked concrete, honey combing, reinfocement corrosion, delaminated concrete etc, taking photographs and videos to collect evidence of damage to structure. , Ultrasonic pulse velocity test - Ultrasonic pulse velocity test for RCC structure in accordance with IS 516 Part-5 2018 SECTION 1 by portable ultrasonic non destructive digital test equipment including chipping out plaster at strategic locations. , rebound hammer test - Rebound hammer test in accordance with IS 516 Part-5 2018 SECTION 4 by portable rebound hamme equipment at strategic locations. , Core test - Core cutting and compression test for RCC structure in accordance with IS 516 on RCC members. 70 mm core cutting in reinforcement concrete, core filling by speialized epoxy material/micro concrete with bond coat at strategic locations. , reinforcement mapping - Reinforcement mapping test on RCC members to assess covers, spacing of bars including approximate diameter at strategic locations. , chemical test - Chemical test for RCC structure in accordance with IS 456 2000 using ready made kits and reagents. Sample collected will be from half cell/carbonation powder. (i) Determination of PH value. (ii) Determination of water soluble sulphates. (iii) Determination of water soluble chlorides contents at strategic locations. , half cell potential test - Half cell potential test for RCC structure in accordance with IS 516 Part-5 2018 SECTION 2 half cell potential to assess the probability of corrosion of reinforcement at strategic locations. , carbonation test - Carbonation test for RCC structure in accordance with IS 516 Part-5 2018 SECTION 3 corbonation test to measure extent of carbonation from the concrete surface at strategic locations. , structure status - To check & confirm present status of structure on basis on NDT results & visual inspection. Note Consultant should mention effect if additional load for construction of framed structure on the roof can be applied on the structure while submitting the Report. , recommendation - To provide recommendation for structrue repairs and technical specification.
