Tenders are invited for Construction of a Permanent Block of 4 Classroom and a Block of Office Structure with Drawings Designs and Boq Expected to be Attached by the Bidder. Prospective Companies wishing to apply for consideration in this Construction works should pick the bid document from JRS Yambio office, fill and submit their sealed bids to JRS office in Yambio or online. Bidders are advised to submit the bid in one (1) bound document containing Technical as well as financial bids. The bid submission period shall commence on 15th April 2026. The deadline for submission will be by the 30th of April 2026 at 16:00 Hrs CAT. Bidders shall submit either Hard Copy sealed Technical and Financial Bids to our Yambio Office or send it online to morris.boko@jrs.net and moses.amoko@jrs.net addressing to: Procurement & Tender Committee, JRS, South Sudan. right to Opening and evaluation will be done in Yambio office from the 01st May 2026. Late Submissions beyond the provided deadline will not be accepted. JRS has the accept or reject any bid it receives without giving any reason. Clarification of Bidding Documents. Any prospective Bidder wishing to seek for further clarification on the bidding documents may notify JRS through the email address: morris.boko@jrs.net. The request for clarification must reach JRS not later than 20th April 2026. A representative of JRS will respond by e-mail providing clarification by the 22ndApril 2026.
