The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works Consisting In The Reconstruction Of An Existing Water Reservoir Located In The Area Of Zielona Struga In The Cierpiszewo Forest District, Together With The Implementation Of Hydrotechnical Works And Fire Protection Infrastructure Ensuring Its Power Supply And Enabling Water Abstraction For Fire-Fighting Purposes, In Particular: • Reconstruction Of The Existing Water Reservoir In Plot 2069/6, Cierpice District, Consisting In Softening The Slopes, Sealing The Tank And Making A Gentle Descent Into The Water. • Reconstruction Of The Existing Forest Ditch Supplying Water From Zielona Struga To The Reservoir. • Construction Of A Threshold Stabilizing The Bottom Level In Zielona Struga In The Form Of A Sheet Pile And Bottom Reinforcement. • Construction Of A Fire Access Road. • Construction Of A Water Intake For Fire Protection Purposes. From The Tank. All Construction Works Covered By This Order Should Be Performed In Accordance With The Design Documentation Constituting An Annex To The Swz, In Particular: Technical Design, Land Development Design, Architectural And Construction Design, Detailed Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Water Law Report And Administrative Decisions And Arrangements Of The Competent Authorities. The Works Must Be Performed In Accordance With Applicable Laws, Technical Standards And Principles Of Technical Knowledge. The Order Is Co-Financed By The European Union From The European Funds For Infrastructure, Climate, Environment 2021-2027 Program (Feniks).
