The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Delivery Of A Police Vehicle Marked Furgon Aprd For The Needs Of The Police Headquarters In Bieruń. 2. The Technical Parameters Of The Assortment Described In Annexes No. 3 To The Swz Constitute The Minimum Requirements Of The Ordering Party. Failure To Meet The Minimum Requirements Will Result In Rejection Of The Offer As Inconsistent With The Terms Of The Contract Pursuant To Art. 226 Section 1 Point 5 Of The Public Procurement Law. 3. The Ordering Party Requires That The Offered Vehicle Be Brand New, Class I, Unused, Unregistered, Manufactured No Earlier Than In 2025, Free From Manufacturing And Legal Defects, The Maximum Mileage Of The Car Is Not More Than 30 Km, Admitted To The Market, Meets The Quality And Operational Standards Required By Regulations And Indicated By The Ordering Party In Annex No. 3 To Swz 4. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Indicate The Brand, Model, Version, Symbol Or Other Additional Data Enabling Clear Identification Of The Offered Vehicle In Annex No. 1 To The Swz (Offer Form). Failure To Enter Data In The Dotted Spaces In The Offer Form Will Result In Rejection Of The Offer Pursuant To Art. 226 Section 1 Point 5 Of The Public Procurement Law - As Inconsistent With The Terms Of The Contract If It Is Not Possible To Determine Them From Any Document Submitted With The Offer Within The Deadline For Submitting Offers. 5. The Ordering Party Requires A Minimum Warranty For Individual Elements Specified In Annex 3 To The Swz, Section Vi, Point 2. Offering A Warranty Period Below The Minimum Will Result In Rejection Of The Offer Pursuant To Art. 226 Section 1 Point 5 Of The Public Procurement Law, As Inconsistent With The Terms Of The Order. The Guarantee Will Be Counted From The Date Of Protocol Receipt Of The Subject Of The Order By The Ordering Party. 6. If The Contractor Offers A Guarantee Higher Than The Minimum Specified In Annex 3 To The Swz, Section Vi, Point 2, The Ordering Party Enters The Offered Guarantee Length In The Offer Form. The Guarantee Will Be Counted From The Date Of Protocol Receipt Of The Subject Of The Order By The Ordering Party. 7. The Ordering Party Requires That Repairs Under The Offered Warranty Be Carried Out At Authorized Service Stations. 7.1 The Ordering Party Requests That An Authorized Service Station For The Offered Vehicle Brand Be Indicated In The Offer Form (At Least One In The Silesian Voivodeship Or Another No Further Than 50 Km From The District Police Headquarters In Bieruń). 7.2 The Ordering Party Demands That The Delivered Vehicle Have A Zero Inspection Performed By The Contractor At His Expense, Which Must Be Confirmed In The Vehicle Documentation. 8. The Ordering Party Requires That During The Warranty Period All Costs Related To Warranty Service, Including Transport, Be Borne By The Contractor. 9. The Ordering Party Requires That The Entire Offered Product Range Covered By The Subject Of The Order Be Delivered Within The Time Specified In Section V Of The Swz. 10. The Ordering Party Does Not Consent To Changing The Delivered Vehicle To A Vehicle Other Than The One Offered In The Offer Form Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz, Subject To The Provisions Of
