The Subject Of The Order Is The Distribution Of A Group Heating Station At Ul. 26-Go Kwietnia 13A In Szczecin The Subject Of The Order Includes The Construction Of Heat Connections, Telecommunication Sewage Systems And Heat Nodes As Part Of The Distribution Of A Group Heat Node Located At Ul. April 26, 13A In Szczecin. The Investment Task Includes In Particular: 1) Construction Of High-Performance Heat Connections To The Buildings At Ul. 26-Go Kwietnia 5-7, Ul. 26-Go Kwietnia 9-13, Ul. 26-Go Kwietnia 15-17, Ul. 26-Go Kwietnia 19-23, Ul. 26-Go Kwietnia 25-27, Ul. April 26, 29-33; 2) Construction Of A Dual-Function Heating Center In Building 5; 3) Construction Of A Dual-Function Heating Center In Building 11; 4) Construction Of A Dual-Function Heating Center In Building 15; 5) Construction Of A Dual-Function Heating Center In Building 21; 6) Construction Of A Dual-Function Heating Center In Building 25; 7) Construction Of A Dual-Function Heating Center In Building 31; 8) Construction Of A Dual-Function Heating Center In The Building At Ul. April 26, 13A; 9) Dismantling The Existing Group Junction In The Building At Ul. April 26, 13A; 10) Construction Of Telecommunication Sewage Systems Along The Thermal Connections Under Construction. The Contractor Is Responsible For Securing The Necessary Materials, Equipment And Resources To Complete The Order. The Ordering Party Will Provide Main Heat Meters, Submeters, Hot Water Meters For Refilling The Heating Installations And Cold Water Water Meters For Each Heating Node, And The Contractor Will Install Them. The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 10 - Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz), Which Consists Of: (1) Design Documentation (Technical Design); (2) Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb) And In The Contract Template, Which Constitutes Annex No. 9 To The Swz. The Contractor Is Obliged To Read And Apply The Principles Applicable To The Ordering Party, Expressed In The Following Documents:  E.On Supplier Code;  Environmental Guidelines For Suppliers Of Goods And Services;  General Conditions Of Execution And Acceptance Of Works For Sec Sp. Z O. O.;  Information Clause;  And An Occupational Health And Safety Declaration, Which Affects The Amount Of Penalties For Individual Offenses. Note: During The Execution Of The Order, The Exclusions Of Heat Distribution To Recipients Should Be Limited To The Necessary Minimum. The Ordering Party Allows A Maximum Of 2 Interruptions In The Supply Of Heat To Consumers, Related To The Construction Of Each Heating Node, Lasting No Longer Than 12 Hours Each. The Planned Dates Of Works Resulting In The Temporary Shutdown Of Heat Supplied To Consumers Should Be Included In The Material And Financial Schedule And The Technology And Works Acceptance Project. The Exact Date Of Interruptions In Heat Supply Should Be Agreed With The Ordering Party At Least 9 Days Before The Planned Disconnection Of Heat Supplies To Consumers. The Ordering Party Does Not Consent To Switching Off Heat Supplied To Customers After September 15, 2026.
