Laboratory, Optical And Precision Equipments (Excl. Glasses) – Transition Procurement General Chemistry – Immunochemistry. Through This Procurement, The Region Intends To, During A Transition Period, Procure A Supplier Who, Within The Framework Of An Overall Commitment, Undertakes To Guarantee The Continued Function Of Analyzes In General And Immunochemistry At The Laboratories In Umeå, Skellefteå And Lycksele, As Well As To Guarantee The Continued Function Of Automated Pre- And Post-Analysis In Umeå And Skellefteå. All Included/Existing Equipment For This Is Included In The Attachment Equipment List. The Comprehensive Commitment Procured Through This Procurement To Guarantee The Continued Function Of General/Immunochemistry As Well As The Continued Function Of Automated Pre- And Post-Analysis Is Hereinafter Referred To As The Complete Commitment. The Procurement Is A Transitional Procurement Pending The Completion Of New Laboratory Premises In Umeå And Skellefteå. According To The Current Timetable, The New Premises Are Expected To Be Completed In 2029/2030. The Solution Covered By This Procurement Will Not Be Transferred To The New Laboratories, But Constitutes A Temporary Solution Until The New Laboratories Are Put Into Operation. In Good Time Before The New Premises Are Put Into Operation, The Region Will Enter Into A New Procurement With The Aim Of Acquiring New Equipment For General And Immunochemistry As Well As Automated Pre- And Post-Analysis. The Overall Commitment Is Specified In The Procurement Documents And Means, In Summary, That The Procured Supplier Must: Guarantee That The Region During The Contract Period At Each Laboratory Will Continue To Be Able To Carry Out The Requested Analyzes According To The Requested Production Volume, Including An Annual Increase Of 5% Per Year, And According To The Requested Response Times. Guarantee The Continued Functionality Of All Incoming/Existing Equipment, Including Service, Spare Parts And Support So That The Incoming/Existing Equipment Can Be Used So That The Regions Staff Can Continue To Perform Requested Analyzes (Including An Annual Increase Of 5%) With Adequate Test Results. In The Event That Participating/Existing Equipment During The Contract Period Reaches End Of Life Or For Other Reasons Can No Longer Be Used To Perform Requested Analyzes With Adequate Sample Responses According To The Requested Volume And According To The Requested Response Times, It Is Part Of The Overall Commitment To Provide And Guarantee The Corresponding Functionality For Replacement Equipment, Including Service, Spare Parts And Support. Provide All Consumables (Reagents, Calibrators, Operational Controls, Sample Holders, Washing Solutions, Disposable Materials Etc.) As Required For Incoming/Existing Equipment Or For Possible Replacement Equipment So That Adequate Analysis Answers Are Obtained. Provide A Middleware, Including Support And Maintenance Thereof, For The Management Of All Included/Existing Equipment And Any Replacement Equipment. This Includes E.G. Processing Of Analysis Results From All Equipment For Analyzes In General And Immunochemistry As Well As Pre-Analytical Checks On Test Tubes And Sorting Of Test Tubes With All Equipment
