The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery And Installation Of A Photovoltaic Installation For The Public Building Of The Municipal Kindergarten No. 6 At Ul. Droniowicka 27 – Pv Installation Of 20 Modules With A Minimum Power Of 600 Wp And A Peak Installation Power Of 12.0 Kwp, 3-Phase Inverter 12.0 Kw.1. The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Application For Technical Conditions For Connecting The Installation If Required, 2) Preparation Of Design Documentation And Obtaining Appropriate Arrangements And Permits, 3) Delivery And Assembly Of The Photovoltaic Installation Along With The Performance Of The Necessary Construction Works, 4) Selection, Delivery And Installation Of All Accompanying Technical Infrastructure, Including: Inverters, Panels, Meters, 5) Selection And Delivery Of Supporting Structures For The Installation Of Panels, 6) Construction Of Cable Connections Between Panels,7) Selection, Delivery And Installation Of A Monitoring And Control System,8) Connection Of The Power Plant To The Internal Electrical Installation,9) Performance Of Auxiliary Construction Works (Punctures, Assembly Holes, Installation Passages Through Building Partitions, Filling Of Holes And Reconstruction And Repair Of Parts Of Damaged Plasters (Finishing Elements) During Construction Works,10) Coordination Of Industry Works Performed On The Facility,11) Ensuring The Supply Of Devices In Accordance With The Functional And Utility Program, Design Specification And Technical Specification Prepared In The Project,12) Execution And Acceptance Of Assembly Works Included In The Functional And Utility Program And Performance Of Start-Up Tests And Measurements,13) Commissioning,14) Preparation Of As-Built Documentation And Development Of The Installation Manual,15) Training Of Users Of The Installation,16) Preparation Of Documentation Necessary To Submit An Application For Connection To The Grid Operators Power Grid And Submitting A Notification To The Plant Energy Assessment Of Each Completed Installation After Receiving The Necessary Documents From The Users Of The Installation. During The Execution Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Use Only Devices, Products And Materials With A Certificate Of Approval For Use In Construction Or A Quality Qualification Certificate, Or Marked With A Quality Mark Or A Safety Mark, Issued By Authorized Qualifying Units. Note: Work Is Currently Underway In The Kindergarten Building Related To The Replacement Of The Roof Covering. The Planned Completion Of The Works Is July 24, 2026. The Installation Of The Pv Installation Should Be Coordinated With The Roofing Contractor.2. The Detailed Scope Of Work To Be Performed By The Contractor Is Described In The Functional And Utility Program Together With The Supplement, Which Constitute Annexes No. 1 And No. 1A To The Swz, Respectively, And Are An Integral Part Of The Swz.
