The Scope Of The Task Includes The Task Titled: Reconstruction And Expansion Of The Primary School Building In Tarnowska Wola, Including A Gymnasium With Sanitary And Cloakroom Facilities, A Kindergarten Part And A Connector, As Well As Internal Installations - Stage I, Kindergarten Part.2. Scope Of The Task:• Architectural And Construction Industry: Preparatory And Measuring Works, Construction Of A New Foundation, Construction Elements, Floor On Soil, Roof, Walls - Building Partition Walls And Finishing, Ceilings, Window And Door Joinery, Façade, Equipment, Boiler Room Building, Land Development, Electrical Industry: Switchboards With Equipment, White Assembly Accessories, Lighting Fixtures, Low-Current Installation, Cables And Wires, Supplementary Works, Testing And Measurements Of Installations, Lightning Protection Installation, Earthworks, • Sanitary Industry: Boiler Heating System, Gas Installation, Air Conditioning, Sewage, Water Supply Installation, Hydrant Water - Galvanized Steel 2X, Central Heating + Technological Heat, Technological Heat, Ventilation, External Installations, • As-Built Geodetic Inventory On The Date Of Final Acceptance Of Construction Works. • Execution Of Temporary Traffic Organization On The Day Of Commencement Of Construction Works For The Duration Of The Construction Works, Along With Arrangements, 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Was Specified In The Technical Documentation (Appendix No. 6A And 6B To The Swz), Which Consists Of Design Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works And Bills Of Quantities (Appendix No. 7 To The Swz). Bills Of Quantities Are Of An Auxiliary Nature And Are Used To Illustrate The Scale Of Construction Works, And Are Intended To Help Contractors Estimate The Costs Of The Order.4. The Costs Of Delivery And Installation Of All Devices And Installations Must Include All Costs Related To The Implementation, Including The Preparation Of Detailed Designs In Consultation With The Investor, If Such Will Be Necessary For The Proper Performance Of The Entire Task And Obtaining Certificates, Approval For Use And The Costs Of Start-Up, Instructions, Training And Warranty.5. The Materials Incorporated And Delivered By The Contractor Should Have Approvals, Certificates And Declarations Of Conformity. At Each Request Of The Ordering Party Or The Supervision Inspector, The Contractor Is Obliged To Present: A Certificate Of Compliance With The Polish Standard Or A Technical Approval For The Indicated Materials.6. The Contractor Will Perform The Subject Of The Contract From Its Own Materials. 7. The Required Warranty Period For The Works Performed (Materials And Labor) Is At Least 2 Years From The Date Of Receipt Of The Construction Works By The Ordering Party And Signing The Final Protocol. 8.
