The Subject Of The Order Is The Execution Of A Task In The Design And Build System Called: Construction Of A Bicycle Path With Tourist Infrastructure, Approx. 8 Km Long, Along The Route Of The Former Legnica-Prochowice Railway Line, Running Through The Towns Of Szczytniki Nad Kaczawu, Bieniowice, Pątnów Legnicki. Consisting In The Development Of Complete Design Documentation Together With Obtaining A Building Permit Or No Objection Regarding The Intention To Carry Out Construction Works That Do Not Require A Building Permit, Together With The Performance Of Construction Works Based On This Documentation For The Location Indicated In The Task. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Annex No. 11 To The Swz), The Functional And Utility Program (Annex No. 12 To The Swz) And A Map For Design Purposes (Annex No. 13 To The Swz).
