The Scope Of Works Includes In Particular: 1) Renovation Of Roads In The Chełm Commune Based On The Documentation In The Possession Of The Ordering Party And Constituting An Annex To The Swz; 2) Preparation Area;3) Demolition Works At The Site Of Breakthroughs;4) Construction Of Foundations At Breakthroughs;5) Surface Works;6) Construction Of Green Areas;7) Construction Of Regular Exits;8) Tidying Up The Area;9) Partial Acceptance Of Disappearing Works And Final Acceptance Of Works;10) Provision Of Surveying Services, Measurement And Geodetic Works, Indication Of Collision Points, Marking Out The Edges And Axes Of Land Development Elements;11) Introduction Of Permanent Traffic Organization Road;12) Preparation Of Complete As-Built Documentation, Including An As-Built Geodetic Inventory And An Inventory Of Disappearing Works,13) Compliance With The Comments Submitted By The Network Owners In The Documentation Arrangements. Land Development Project,9) Number Of Roads - 1,10) Bituminous Road Width - 3.50M,11) Design Speed Vp = 30 Km/H,12) Traffic Load Category - Kr 1,13) Trail Cross-Section,14) Cross-Slope On The Straight - Roof Slope 2%,15) Surface Drainage Through The Flow Of Rainwater Onto Green Areas At The Border Of The Road. There Will Be No Flooding Of Plots Adjacent To The Road,16) First Geotechnical Category Of The Facility, Simple Ground Conditions.17) The Investment Does Not Require The Demolition Of Existing Buildings And Equipment, For Which A Demolition Permit Must Be Obtained. Designed Ordinary Exits To The Plots Adapted To Their Existing Dimensions With A Width Of 5.00 M - 7.60 M, By Making A Ground Surface Of An Unbound Mixture C90/3 With A Grain Size Of 0/31.5 Mm, 15 Cm Thick, Up To The Border Of The Road Lane In Order To Smoothly Connect The Road With The Plots. Existing Cobblestone Ramps Should Be Adapted To The Height Of The Designed Bituminous Surface By Dismantling Them, Supplementing The Base With A Mixture Bound With A Hydraulic Binder Rm = 5.0Mpa And Re-Laying Them Together With The Edges And Curbs Using 50% Of The New Material. The Ramps Covered By The Study Do Not Require Notification Or A Building Permit From The Authority Accepting Applications And Issuing Such Permits.
