The Scope Of Works Includes: • Measuring Works • Demolition Works • Earthworks • Surface Works • Finishing Works • Vertical Markings • As-Built Inventory The Detailed Scope Of Works Is Specified In The Bill Of Quantities And The Design Documentation. If Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Source Or Specific Process That Characterize The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor Appear In The Materials Describing The Subject Of The Order, It Should Be Understood That Such An Indication Is Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent. The Ordering Party Allows Equivalent Materials And/Or Solutions Provided That The Technical, Quality And Operational Parameters Are Not Worse Than Those Indicated In The Documentation And Do Not Lead To A Change In Technology. The Names Indicated In The Documentation Should Be Treated As Examples. When Describing The Subject Of The Order By Reference To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described. The Contracting Authority May Not Reject A Tender Solely Because The Works, Supplies Or Services Offered Do Not Comply With The Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems To Which The Description Of The Subject-Matter Of The Contract Refers, Provided That The Contractor Proves That The Proposed Solutions Equally Meet The Requirements Set Out In The Description Of The Subject-Matter Of The Contract. A Contractor Who Refers To Equivalent Solutions Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Solution He Offers Meets The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party. In Such A Case, The Contractor Attaches To The Offer A List Of Equivalent Solutions Along With Its Description Or Standards. The Contractor, At His Own Expense, Will Prepare, Agree And Approve The Traffic Organization Design For The Duration Of The Works, In Accordance With Applicable Regulations. The Contractor Ensures Temporary Marking, Its Maintenance And Dismantling.
