3. Subject Of The Order:3.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Design Documentation For The Reconstruction/Expansion Of Provincial Road No. 773 In The Skała Commune At Ul. Olkuska In The Scope Of Reconstruction Of The Road Structure, Replacement Of Surfaces (Roads And Sidewalks), Construction Of A Section Of Storm Sewage System With An Outlet To The Receiver, Construction Of Two Sections Of Sanitary Sewage System (Gravity And Pressure) And Obtaining Appropriate Arrangements, Opinions And Relevant Administrative Decisions Required By Law And/Or Obtaining A Zrid Decision And/Or Other Consent Of The Architectural And Construction Authority Allowing The Implementation Of The Planned Works. The Scope Of The Investment Was Determined By The Road Mileage: Dw 773 From Section 070 Km 4+700 – To Section 080 Km 1+878 - However, In The Scope Of The Designed Sanitary And Rainwater Sewage System, It Is Necessary To Take Into Account The Possibility Of Going Beyond This Mileage Range In Order To Obtain Appropriate Parameters Of Design Solutions That Comply With The Regulations. 3.2. Basic Scope Of The Orderthe Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of A Preliminary Design (2 Variants) As Well As Construction Designs And Executive Designs, Along With Obtaining All Required And Necessary Opinions, Arrangements And Decisions, Including The Appropriate Construction Consent/Administrative Decision (Zrid Decision/Building Permit - As Necessary Resulting From The Adopted Design Solutions) Enabling The Development Of Comprehensive Design Documentation For The Task Entitled: Reconstruction/Expansion Of The Provincial Road No. 773, Including The Construction Of A Rainwater Drainage System And Sanitary Facility At Ul. Olkuska In Skała. This Constitutes The Basic Scope Of The Order.3.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Presented In: 3.3.1. Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Development Of Comprehensive Design Documentation For The Task Entitled: Reconstruction/Expansion Of Provincial Road No. 773, Including The Construction Of Rainwater And Sanitary Sewage Systems On Olkuska Street In Skała, Constituting Annex No. 7 To This Swz, 3.3.2. In The Public Procurement Contract Template Constituting Annex 4 To This Swz, 3.3.3. Conditions Obtained From The Provincial Road Manager, Which Constitute Annex No. 8 To This Swz.3.4. The Minimum Required Warranty Period Is 24 Months From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract, Counting From The Date Of Signing The Final Acceptance Protocol.
