I. Description Of The Subject Of The Order: Common Procurement Dictionary Cpv 45232140-5 Construction Works In The Field Of Local Heating Networks. The Subject Of The Order Is The Renovation Of The Duct Heating Network From The K-5 Chamber To The K-5.1 Chamber, In The Area Of Solidarności And Wiejska Streets In Kruszwica By Replacing It With A Pre-Insulated Alarm Installation Along With Overvoltage Of The Existing Duct Branches, Powered From The Replaced Section Of The Existing Networks. Heat. As Part Of The Task, The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver Materials And Perform Renovation Of The Heating Network And Heat Connection Outlets Along With Arrangements In Accordance With The Following Conditions: Task Location: Kruszwica, Registered Plots: 100/4, 100/10, 100/11, 103/17, 106/107, 106/105. Scope Of Work: • Providing The Material Needed To Complete The Subject Of The Order, • Preparing The Area For The Execution Of The Subject Of The Contract, • Excavation And Exposure Of The Current Heat Pipeline, • Dismantling The Sidewalk And Uncovering The Current Heat Pipeline, • Excavating Trees And Shrubs Growing Along The Route Of The Heat Pipeline, • Removing Shells Of The Current Heat Pipeline On The K5-K5.1 Section, Including Removal And Disposal, • Removing The Insulation Of The Current Heat Pipeline On The K5-K5.1 Section, Including Disposal And Disposal, • Removal Of The Old Heating Network Including Removal, • Removal Of Excavated Material According To The Needs Of The Ordering Party, • Making Ballast And Compaction, • Laying And Assembly Of The New Heating Network In Accordance With The Technical Documentation, • Laying The Yky 3X4 Mm2 Earth Conduit And Inserting It Into The Chambers, • X-Raying The Welds, • Performing A Tightness Test, • Connecting The Renovated Section To The Heating Chambers In Accordance With The Technical Documentation (Including Delivery Of Valves),• Making Backfill And Compaction,• Laying The Top Layer Of Topsoil,• Laying The Sidewalk And Restoring Its Original Condition,• Digging In Trees And Shrubs Growing Along The Route Of The Heat Pipeline,• Leveling And Sowing With Grass• Providing An As-Built Map With Reference To Geodetic Resources - Reporting The Commencement And Completion Of Works And Ensuring The Construction Manager,• Providing Geodetic Services. The Works Should Be Performed In Accordance With: − Technical Documentation, − Legal Principles Construction. The Contractor Provides A Minimum 36-Month Quality Warranty. The Quality Guarantee Period Is The Criterion For Evaluating Offers. Basic Network Parameters According To Project Attached To The Swz. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 5 To The Swz And Technical Documentation.
